* 5.3 مليون ناخب يحق لهم التصويت في الاقتراع* 2173 قائمة و57 ألف مرشح يتنافسون على 350 مجلساً بلدياًتونس - منال المبروك، وكالاتبعد أربعة أسابيع من الحملات الانتخابية ويوم صمت وحيد يتقدم الأحد أكثر من 5.3 مليون تونسي لمراكز الاقتراع لانتخاب من سيمثلهم في الحكم المحلي في 350 دائرة بلدية، في أول انتخابات بلدية حرة مستقلة، بعد سقوط نظام زين العابدين بن علي في يناير 2011، في استحقاق طال انتظاره لترسيخ الديمقراطية المحلية.وقال الباحث في مجموعة الأزمات الدولية مايكل عياري "لم تحصل هناك أبداً انتخابات بلدية حرة وتنافسية" في تونس، وكانت آخر انتخابات للمجالس البلدية جرت خلال حكم الحزب الواحد في نظام بن علي.وبلغ العدد الإجمالي للقائمات المترشحة وفق بيانات رسمية للهيئة العليا المستقلة للانتخابات 2173 قائمة، منها 1099 قائمة حزبية و897 قائمة مستقلة و177 قائمة ائتلافية فيما بلغ العدد الإجمالي للمترشحين نحو 57 ألف مرشح، 49.26% منهم من النساء و50.74 % رجال وفقاً لمبدأ التناصف الذي نص عليه القانون.وتمثل هذه الانتخابات الأولى من نوعها التي تجرى في تونس ما بعد ثورة يناير 2011 وهي أيضا الأولى التي تسجل مشاركة منتسبي الأسلاك الأمنية والعسكرية الذين أدلوا بأصواتهم قبل أسبوع.وتتميز الانتخابات البلدية في نسختها الحالية بمقتضى القانون الذي ينظمها بمشاركة مكثفة للشباب وإشراك ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حيث يترأس 18 شخصاً من ذوي الإعاقة قائمات مترشحة فيما تترأس النساء 30.3% من العدد الجملي للقائمات ويترأس الشباب ما دون 25 سنة 52.1% من القائمات.ويمثل حزبا حركة نداء تونس وحركة النهضة أكبر المتنافسين على الفوز بالمقاعد البلدية نظراً لتغطيتهم الشاملة لكل بلديات الجمهورية البالغ عددها 350 دائرة بلدية.
