إفي:سجلت فلسطين السبت 33 حالة وفاة جراء فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19) خلال الـ24 ساعة الأخيرة، وهو رقم قياسي جديد لعدد الوفيات اليومية منذ ظهور الوباء في البلاد والذي يعد رقما مقلقا في خضم الموجة الثانية من انتشار العدوى التي بدأت منذ عدة أسابيع.وأعلنت وزارة الصحة في بيان لها أنه تم تسجيل 17 حالة وفاة في الضفة الغربية و13 في غزة و3 في القدس الشرقية، بينما ارتفع عدد الإصابات اليومية في المناطق الثلاث إلى 1845.وارتفعت نسبة الوفيات في الضفة الغربية وغزة بشكل كبير منذ نوفمبر/تشرين ثان الماضي، وحتى هذه اللحظة لم تنجح كلا المنطقتين في السيطرة على منحنى الوفيات وذلك على الرغم من إغلاقهما بشكل تام في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع وفرض حظر تجوال ليلي بها خلال أيام العمل.وفرضت الحكومة الفلسطينية يوم الخميس الماضي حجرا صحيا تاما لمدة أسبوع في مدن نابلس والخليل وبيت لحم وطولكرم، والتي تعد من ضمن البؤر الرئيسية للتفشي الوباء.
