أعلن الناطق الرسمي باسم محكمة الاستئناف التونسية الحبيب الترخاني، الجمعة، فتح تحقيق بشأن التصريحات الأخيرة الصادرة عن رئيس الجمهورية الأسبق منصف المرزوقي، في فرنسا، بحسب وكالة الأنباء التونسية.كان المرزوقي، طالب فرنسا بوقف مساعدتها لتونس، ما دفع الرئيس قيس سعيّد إلى التهديد بسحب جواز سفره الدبلوماسي، وتكليف وزيرة العدل بفتح تحقيق قضائي بتهمة "التآمر على أمن الدولة".
