تتعرض مناطق مختلفة من السعودية، اليوم الثلاثاء، لعاصفة ترابية أدت إلى "شبه انعدام" في الرؤية وبطء حركة السير.وغطت سحب الغبار الأصفر العاصمة الرياض ومناطق شرق وغرب البلاد، في ظاهرة من المتوقع أن تستمر حتى مساء اليوم، بحسب ما أفاد المركز الوطني للأرصاد في المملكة.وأوردت وكالة الأنباء السعودية نقلا عن المركز توقعه "نشاطا في الرياح السطحية المثيرة للأتربة والغبار تؤدي إلى شبه انعدام في مدى الرؤية الأفقية على المنطقة الشرقية وأجزاء من منطقة الرياض".وأضافت "في حين يستمر تأثير العوالق الترابية التي تحد من مدى الرؤية الأفقية على أجزاء من مناطق القصيم وحائل والمدينة المنورة ومكة المكرمة ونجران".وفي الرياض، حجبت سحب الغبار الكثيفة الرؤية وبات من الصعب تمييز أبراج منطقة وسط الرياض ومن بينها برج المملكة العملاق من مسافة أقل من 500 متر. وغطت طبقات الرمال الصفراء المباني والسيارات المركونة في الشوارع وأثاث المنازل، فيما طغت رائحة التراب على الأجواء.
