أفادت وكالة "رويترز" للأنباء، الجمعة، أن شركة التأمين على سفينة الحاويات إيفر غيفن، التي جنحت في قناة السويس، وعطلت الملاحة لمدة 6 أيام الشهر الماضي، قالت إنها قدمت التماساً في مصر، بشأن احتجاز السلطات للسفينة.وقالت شركة التأمين إن "هناك حاجة لإجراء قضائي من خلال محكمة مصرية، لتعذر حل الأزمة"، وأعلنت أن جلسة نظر القضية في مصر، ستُعقد في 4 مايو المقبل.وكان رئيس الهيئة الفريق أسامة ربيع، قال في أوائل الشهر الجاري إنه "تم التحفظ على السفينة لعدم سدادها مبلغ 900 مليون دولار"، موضحاً أن مبلغ التعويض يتضمن "قيمة ما تسببت به السفينة الجانحة من خسائر للهيئة، فضلاً عن عملية التعويم والصيانة، وذلك بموجب حكم قضائي أصدرته محكمة الإسماعيلية الاقتصادية".وقال ربيع إنه يأمل أن تنتهي المحادثات مع الشركة "من دون إقامة دعوى قضائية"، وأكد أن إقامة دعوى أمام المحكمة سيكون "أكثر ضرراً للشركة من التسوية مع إدارة القناة".
