أصدرت محكمة جنايات نينوى احكاما بالاعدام شنقا حتى الموت بحق ارهابيين اثنين عن جريمة تفجيرهم سيارة مفخخة في مدينة الموصل.وذكر بيان لمجلس القضاء الأعلى في العراق، أن "الارهابيين المنتمين الى عصابات داعش الارهابية، أقدما على تفجير سيارة مفخخة في حي التاميم في الجانب الايسر من مدينة الموصل، والتي أدت إلى استشهاد واصابة عدد من المواطنين".وأضاف أن الحكم بحق المجرمين الارهابيين يأتي استنادا لاحكام المادة الرابعة / 1 بدلالة المادة الثانية /1و3و7 من قانون مكافحة الارهاب رقم 13 لسنة 2005.
